·               Engineer responsible for formwork and carpentry activities for over $27M revenue of self-performed mass concrete; developing engineered field solutions for safety, formwork, and concrete-related issues for $200M hydroelectric power plant project

·               Responsible for review and approval of formwork drawings and temporary falsework, creation of work plans for superintendents and foremen, and for collaborating with field supervision and subcontractors to resolve construction conflicts and issues

·               Tracked and reported production quantities for carpentry crews and all self-peformed concrete work

·                           Led and actively participated in weekly production schedule meetings as well as subcontractor coordination meetings

·                           Managed field inventory of $2M+ formwork hardware, responsible for material procurement to meet schedule and budget requirements
